I just started using the supplement and the lotion. I have not been consistent with the supplement however the lotion is good especially if I rub it on my feet just before bed.

I've started taking the capsules around 2pm and it helps offset the fatigue related stress of the afternoon work day without any drowsiness. The cream I recently used 1st thing in the morning prior to a stressful day and could feel it work. In my opinion it's a subtle feeling on both products so you need to pay attention and ask yourself a bit later, how bad would I be if hadn't used this product.

I’m generally reluctant to write reviews because of marketing aftermath. Making an exception today because HCL Guard *immediately helped* reduce my after meal bloating and dyspepsia of eight years. I have noticed that I am not constantly belching anymore. I am only taking 1 capsule with lunch and supper. I tried 2 but experienced slight burning a couple of hours after I ate but only like I was hungry. I am also taking it with your HoloZyme. One with lunch and supper as well. I am experiencing better elimination.

I feel my sleep is better--falling asleep faster and when I do wake up during the night, I am able to get back to sleep in a shorter length of time. I started taking it right at bedtime but have discovered that taking it a couple of hours before bedtime works better for me. I'm starting to see positive progress with my gut issues, also.
