I'm still trying to figure out exactly what's going on with my body, so this is an early review. So far the HCL is helping considerably. I'm taking 2 with every meal - taking it MIDWAY through the meal, rather than when I first start eating the meal. This is helping so much with my overall discomfort and with the nausea, which is really my worst symptom.

I am constantly working to improve my health. Just recently, I began taking Magnesium-HP but, honestly, I'm frequently trying this or that (always high-quality) product and couldn't say which one or combination of ones make me feel better than before. What I can say is that I do see improvement in the way I feel on more days than prior to putting Magnesium-HP into my protocol. This product has a great idea behind it with the actual tributyrin ingredient, I unfortunately had a bad reaction to the sorbitol in it. I did use the tributyrin idea as a jumping off point to try a different tributyrin product because the tributyrin itself is a huge helper and groundbreaking for gut treatment. I let the healthy gut team know about my experience and they followed through on their customer service side in a prompt and kind manner. I do believe healthy gut is making great strides and I am currently about to try their other other product holoimmune. If you need serious gut help, I’d say give tributyrin a try.
