We got this because regular Beano or OTC enzymes weren't cutting it. It seems to cut down on the amount of gas, and I'm so far pleased with it. It doesn't avoid indigestion completely, but it seems to help a lot.

I’ve started tributyrinX and I’ve already noticed I’m better able to handle coffee, which I’ve had to cut out for the last year but imagine it’ll take much more time before I’m able to add back other foods I’ve recently become intolerant to. So far, I’ve moved from one every 3 days to every 2, then every day. I plan to keep increasing. I’ll come back with a more thorough review later on. I’m hopeful that this will help with underlying issues with histamine and food intolerances. I certainly give 5 stars to the support I’ve received so far. The staff and community are unlike any other supplement company out there!

Still working through the bottle. Had to stop the usage as I was feeling as if I was experiencing cramping/gurgling about an hour after I ingested these capsules. I am hopeful, but also skeptical. I get that you get what you pay for, but these were very pricey supplements, and the shipping charge of $25 for a small bottle is over the top.
