The gaba works, but had the worst headache of my life the next day, thought it was because used them both, so next night just the gaba, again horrible horrible headache in the am, chucked them both in the garbage, in case I tried a third time. Not worth refunding when from Canada. Take this review with a grain of salt as I have alot is isssues including mast cell, very sensitive to everything, will go back to their great product HP magnesium it is the best mag I have ever used. And just wanted to add they gave me a complete refund, great customer service.

We are so sorry to hear that you were getting headaches after using BeSerene Instant Relief - usually GABA supplements help with headaches, but for some people, they may contribute to them, and mast cell activation is often unpredictable when trying new supplements. I'm glad that we were able to refund you for your order. When you only have open products, there is no need to send them back to us to process the refund :)

I've struggle with weird gut issues for a long time. Thought it was food allergies or some other phenomena. Started reading about butyrate. So I started eating lots of almond butter since it helps with butyrate production in the gut, but was going thru almond butter jars on the regular.
