I use HoloZyme when I eat a good amount of gluten or add cheese to my sandwich…and I feel just fine. Now, I don’t have to buy expensive gluten-free products and can enjoy regular food, like rye bread.

I use both products daily and, well, feel so serene. Nice products!

I would rate it a 5 but I’m not sure of mulungu and my blood pressure pills… I have been using the topical in the morning just one dot and it seems to have a calming effect on me… I have a Doctor’s appointment next month will talk to him about the capsules… and my medications. However if you are not on medication for blood pressure to have any negative effects I say get it a try…

I am glad to know this fact. And was thinking that was how I would start by just taking a partial capsule at first. After I speak with my doctor… but he knows I have been taking the Holozyme and I did take the HCL for a little while. Since starting these products, I have noticed more even moods. Not at all like I used to feel. I am using the Be Serene instant relief cream right before bed. Seems to make my gut less reactive which means I feel better, have more energy during the day. Can get more things done.

I am a nutrition professional who has had gut problems since I was a baby (premature, not breast fed, colicky, etc.). For much of my adult life, I've struggled with horrible bloating, gas, indigestion and sluggish motility -- it's been as if food has been my enemy, even the good stuff, causing so much stress and discomfort! My diet has been clean for decades, having tried Mediterranean, Keto, Paleo, and even raw vegan -- I do everything "right", yet I've still suffered, with probiotics, enzymes and other gut supplements often making me feel worse!

In the past, I've also used cal/mag butyrate and sodium/potassium butyrate with some results, but then I found Tributyrin X. I'm in love. This is the only gut supplement that has caused me no side effects, only positive results. I use 2 per day now, though I'm thinking of trying more just to see if, in this case, more is better -- it may not be. Gas and bloating are rarely an issue anymore, and it seems I better tolerate many foods that used to be total "no-go's". I still have to manage sluggish bowels sometimes, and my stomach is still a little sensitive, but nothing compared to the problems I used to have on a daily basis -- truly, I'd say about 70% to 90% better, depending on the day and related stress levels, sleep, food, etc. :)

To say this is life-changing doesn't capture how I feel after so many years of suffering! I've tried all the usual suspects to relieve bloating, gas, sluggish bowels, food sensitivity, etc. -- DGL, slippery elm, enzymes, probiotics, l-glutamine, etc. -- I even tried 2 other brands of Tributyrin, but yours has given me the best results. For once, a product that lives up to its marketing!

I will never be without this product, and I take a LOT of supps! It's as critical to my quality of life as my desiccated thyroid and adrenal support, and that's saying something...

And, btw, it has mostly resolved my mother's loose stools, which she's had since a hip surgery and treatment with anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotics -- they ruined what use to be great gut function in her case, but your product is turning that around. She also will never be without it!

I have many clients with GI issues that don't always respond well to other supplements, and I'm recommending this to all of them. Personally, given the low chance of side effects and high chance of benefit, I think it should be the first thing tried to help any gut symptoms, and actually, since the gut is almost always involved, at least to some degree, in so many symptoms that show up elsewhere, one could argue it should be included as part of the foundational supplements in any natural health improvement plan, particularly for the highly sensitive.

I only wish I found this sooner, as the quality of life in my pre-middle-age years would have been so much better... Ah, well, better late than never, and I am grateful. I ordered this to use with my mother who has dementia. I did not want to put her on the anti depressant recommended by her doctor. I open two of the capsules and add it to her 16 oz. bottle of water. It has greatly calmed her and made her much more relaxed. Getting just half the water bottle down her makes an obvious difference to her mood. And it lasts about half the day. Most days don't even require giving her more. I am so thankful for this product.
