These 2 products have been very helpful. Since I started using them a few weeks ago staying asleep throughout the night is becoming less and less of a problem. Going back to sleep when I do wake up is also becoming less and less of a problem. My sleep is also becoming more restful. Also my tendency to get stuck in stressful fearful thoughts has greatly diminished as has the shakeyness in my hands. This product in combination with BeSerene IR have increased my ability to sleep through the night, get back to sleep easier when I do wake up, eased my AM and PM stress patterns as well as calm the shakeyness in my hands.
