I trust the quality & it has appeared to help but am never sure I'm taking the right amount (I never got the warm sensation in the belly ... would just end up getting an acid stomach if I took too much but even that was sorta inconsistent ... I wish it was more clear cut for me). I also struggle to remember to take it. But I'm grateful to have it & really do think its higher quality than another brand of HCL I tried.

It doesn't seem to matter if I take.it or not. There are no changes in how I feel if I take it and I have experimented with various amounts to take.if the Holozyme. If I take too much, it.gives me diarrhea. Not worth the high cost!

It is not uncommon to experience a little bit of gut remodeling at first and, consequently, some die-off which can lead to temporary gas. You can open the capsule and start with just 1/4 of it sprinkled on food rather than taking a full capsule. This slower approach should help with the gas.

I'm 3/4 of the way through my first bottle and liking it so far. I do have to take more than the recommended dose for most meals, but I'm used to that with digestive enzymes.
