can't tell if working yet.
but the capsules have a strong yucky maybe fishy taste. not opening or biting into them its on capsules. both bottles. is this normal or is there something wrong with these bottles
hope to continue using cuz heard great reviews but not sure of taste on capsules wil make me sensitive to it.

There is a bit of a fishy taste or smell to the powder inside the capsules due to the kelp that provides mineral cofactors, but it shouldn't be on the outside of the capsule. A capsule may have opened a little, allowing some powder to escape. I followed the recommendations for constipation and have now been taking/following the Tri-X constipation protocol for 4 weeks. It has not made any difference!

I felt do diffence from using the lotion or the pills. The packaging is nice however I wish the lotion came in a container that I could cut open to scrape out all the leftover (if there is any), haha, and a clear strip to see how much product is left inside. The smell of the lotion isn't the best so I kinda worried about using it when I was outside the home.
After applying the lotion I noticed tingling that lasted a few mins maybe 15-20 max. I've applied to wrists, chest, and neck but didn't feel a difference.

I'm not sure if the Holozyme is helping my digestion since I still have a lot of gas and bloating. It is a very comprehensive, high quality formula. I will have to try it for a longer time to see if it helps.

Wow! What can I say? it is going after something fungal in my sinuses and gut. I had to start really slow...just 1/4 capsule and increase slowly. I am now taking 1/2 cap a day and gut issues are decreasing and sinuses are getting much clearer. I wish I had found this product sooner!
