Love this product! Been struggling with Leaky Gut for a few years and other protocols that I have tried did not seem to help much. I can’t tell FOR SURE how well the Holozyme is working for me because I have so many issues, but I do know that in the past, when I have been away from home and went out to eat (in the olden days…not now), and had forgotten to bring any with me, I could immediately tell after I ate!

Only been taking for 3 weeks as it took a long time to get to me. At first I noticed a reduction in bloating as more gas was being passed, but the last week or so, I am getting more bloated, more constipation. Not sure if it takes a while to have a positive effect, I am patient to wait. Currently taking only 1 cap per day as I tend to lean toward constipation.

I'm giving it 5 stars because I know it works, I've taken up t 5 at once with no burning. Here's my situation. I have so many sensitivities, one is a sensitivity to Salicylates, so because of the ginger in it I can't handle it. It caused my mast cells to flare and my histamine bucket started to over flow. Just one day off and things calmed down for me so that's how I know it was this affecting me. I still highly recommend it just not to ones sensitive to Salicylates, of course everyone reacts differently so maybe give it a try.
