It does not work so far on the first bottle any better than what I had been taking so far, I still have a lot of gas also alternating diarrhea and constipation. I take Holozyme after I eat, but I also am using Betaine Hcl throughout the meal. Maybe I should take Holozyme before meals.

Hi John, so sorry to hear that you are not getting the results you hoped for yet! We do recommend taking HoloZyme at the beginning of your meal for the best support.
