I stopped all the supplements I was taking for leaky gut and started on Tributryin slowly. 1 pill every 3 days. I started feeling better almost immediately and have continued to improve dramatically. This has been a game changer and a miracle in my life. I cannot thank you enough for this product. I can eat nearly everything with little to no negative reactions. I felt nauseous almost every day for over 10 years. I tried numerous supplements and gone to several different doctors and been tested and treated for bloating & food allergies, My results were that I was basically allergic to nearly everything. That is the perfect thing to do if you are sensitive, Marilee. Just open the capsule and start as slow as you need by sprinkling a little on your food, increasing slowly when you feel ready. This approach usually works very well to help onboard a new supplement :)

Sorry to hear that you were experiencing increased bloating. This sometimes happens for a small percentage of people who seem to do much better starting with just a tiny sprinkle on their food and then slowly increasing it the amount.
