I have tried many different magnesium supplements and this is probably the best one I have tried. I gave 4 stars since 1 pill daily still does give me D but not as much as others.

Hi Christina,
Thank you for your honest feedback regarding Magnesium-HP, and we are bummed to hear that it still gives you diarrhea, albeit less than others. Please know that you can open the capsule and take less than a full capsule at a time. (I can't promise it will tasted good, so best to mix it into something to improve flavor). You could take 1/2 cap per day or 1/2 early and 1/2 late, etc. Let us know if that works better for you.

Hi Lucy, so glad that you are loving Mag-HP! I just wanted to clarify that there is 180mg of magnesium per capsule or 360mg per 2 capsule serving. Would you like to edit your review?

Im still new at using this but I feel like it is helping me! I get redness on my cheeks and I know taking magnesium can help prevent the blood vessels from dilating. I have no upset stomach from taking this. Ive tried magnesium powders in the past and they were very difficult to take because I couldnt get past the taste and it made my stomach feel off. This along with the holoimmune, holozymes and tributyrin x is such an awesome combo for me! Highly recommend these products

I am very happy with the product and think it has contributed to me not catching getting sick (yet) while all my family have fallen ill. Food intolerances also seem to getting less intense.
