I already take magnesium citrate (Calm) twice daily - in the morning, and about an hour and a half before bedtime. I started taking Magnesium-HP in addition, with lunch and at bedtime. Two especially noticeable results within the first three days...(1) solid, unconscious sleep; and (2) huge reduction of my stress levels. No bowel changes. I'm absolutely delighted with this product! So far so good, healthy gut magnesium is a lot less volatile on my gut. I have been using every other day. Aloe 250 the other days. I think it helps with sleep and motility
