Holozyme works very well for me. However, I am still figuring out how many to take with different types of meals. Definitely take 4 per meal if I eat heavy carbs and or any type for corn chips. But I’m pleased it helps

Still trying to figure out the amount I need, but it does appear to be making a difference with protein I eat. I’m hovering g between 2 and 3 per protein meal. Not sure if I should be taking it in the morning when I drink a whey protein drink. So far I have not .

Typically you would not need to take HCL with most protein drinks because the protein is usually already partially or sometimes completely broken down :)

This isn't the first magnesium supplement I've taken, but it's the first to make a meaningful impact. I'm not sleeping more, but I'm sleeping better. Resting heart rate is down and HRV is up, great signs for a keen athlete

I’m a 67 year old woman who had her gall bladder out around 10 years ago. In general I have no problems except gas and bloating. I started using Holozyme, two with each meal and two at bed and it has been an almost immediate turn around for me in terms of gas and bloating. I also have been dealing with pain in the middle of the night whenever I would have too much acid in my dinner meal whether it be tomato sauce, wine, salad dressing, whatever. Having the two Holozyme at bedtime has alleviated that and I my stomach feels flatter more and more each day. I am active, 10 pounds overweight, in great health.

I kind of can’t believe this. I have been struggling for 6 years after having an sudden event trigger auto immune reactions (tons of food sensitivities, joint pain, brain fog…the list goes on). One of my symptoms that has plagued me has been undigested food and very loose stool. In 6 years no one mentioned low stomach acid. I am only half a bottle through and ended up needing 3 HCL guard at each meal. I haven’t seen “normal” stool like this since before all this started. Now I am looking into your other supplements to see if they might help me add more foods into my diet. I have been on a severely restricted diet for 5 years due to food intolerance. Thank you so much for this information and this product. Oh…AND it is a miracle I can tolerate your product because I react to so many things. I have histamine issues, yeast issues since this all started. I get joint pain and brain fog, migraines from tons of foods, supplements.
