Something in Hololmmune triggers my histamine. Not sure what it is. I can not take it. But TributyrinX is a game changer for me. It has allowed me to eat high histamine food and is healing my leaky gut!

If someone is sensitive or struggling with histamine reactions, we recommend opening the capsule and using just a tiny sprinkle on your meal at first. Most people do well with this approach, and can slowly increase over time without causing a histamine response.

Started taking 2 with each meal which gave me mild heartburn that was tolerable. By the 2nd-3rd day, however, I began experiencing burning diarrhea 7-10 times a day. It hurts so bad that I have a hard time sitting and dread going to the bathroom-it feels like hot sauce on an open wound! I wish this product didn't have so much ginger in it, as that always upsets my chronic diarrhea and gives me heartburn. I'm going to stop completely, and when symptoms resolve, try just 1 pill at my largest protein meal and see what happens.
