It is early to say because I just got my enzymes November 26th, 2021. I was diagnosed with intestinal overgrowth and it's been a FULL YEAR of struggle with my GI tract!!! Currently on the FODMAP diet and still was struggling with gas, diarrhea and bloating after eating!!! I started taking one enzyme when I got them and seems to be helping! Having been a user of digestive enzymes for many years, I know the impact they can have. Within the past 2 years I've had a lot of gut issues and digestive symptoms. In addition to working diligently to improve these ailments, my usual enzymes didn't help much - even ones with HCl acid in them. I finally ordered the HCL Guard, knowing I had nothing to lose, and I was hopeful for the first time in years! These helped with bloating and the gas bubbles, especially at night! I think this would be a great product. The company is very supportive. However, that being said. I had an allergic reaction to the product. But that is probably just me. I'm sensitive to everything. I'm one of those people that needs to live in a bubble. I was hoping this would help with my leaky gut and perhaps reduce my sensitivity to everything.
