This product helped my digestion tremendously after trying all kinds of diets supplements years of treatments drugs fmds naturopaths this is the only thing that has made my gut feel normal again. Unfortunately i had to stop it because something in it made me flare my skin condition and it was giving me mucus diarrhea but it was amazing feeling normal after a meal in fact i didn't even remember that not feeling sluggish and icky after a meal was abnormal. I am waiting for my new order to arrive, however am using Holozyme from a past order and am thrilled with its efficiency. Before using Holozyme I was always short of magnesium because I had severe diarrhoea. I tried many different types of magnesium supplementation and was unable to retain any.
