Karen, if you feel that you are tending toward constipation, you can go slower with the dosing for the first couple of months (i.e. just 1 capsule every 3 days), which will give more time to adjust to the changes happening as your gut health improves :)

This is the first enzyme that has actually worked for me. Bloating has been significantly reduced. I am seeing less and less undigested food in my stools.
