Brian, I'm so sorry to hear that! You might need to go slower and lower with your dosing. You can open the capsule and use just a sprinkle on your meals at first and build up from there. Since HoloZyme is activated and quite powerful, it can cause some gut remodeling and microbiome shifts and potentially die-off for some people. It works for acid re-flux for me. I take 2 at breakfast and 2 at dinner and 2 more if I experience a problem (which is only occasionally). I still have bloating which may be from other things I take for regularity. Haven't tried increasing HoloZyme to see if that can be resolved but may try after reading other reviews. Was just so happy to find help for the acid re-flux.
