I just started taking one tablet, but when I try taking 2 I get acid reflux, a burning.Therefore I am only taking one. Any suggstions.

Irma, some people only need 1 capsule, and some people have such extremely low stomach acid that taking just 2 capsules actually gives them low stomach acid symptoms. The only way to know for sure if 1 is your ideal dosage is to test taking 3 capsules. If your reflux worsens with 3 caps, then 1 is the best for you. If it improves with 3 caps, then 3 or more will be better for you. If you ever get reflux or burning when testing dosages, you can take 1/2 tsp of baking soda in water to neutralize the HCL and relieve any discomfort. It requires a little experimenting, but finding your ideal dosage is so worth it because the results will be even better!
