I had first hand confirmation that my facial flares (new to me) is definitely stress induced. At night if I have to get up and use the bathroom, I put some Be Serene on and I fall back to sleep very quickly.
A year ago, I fell and broke my shoulder, having to have a shoulder replacement. There was 10 days that I had to wait from when I fell before I could get scheduled for the surgery. I was in a lot of pain and I don’t like taking painkillers. I know that Be Serene was not meant for this, but I used a whole lot on my shoulder and on my wrists, trying to get the pain to subside so I could relax and sleep.. Yes I kept having to reapply it, but at least it would give me an hour or two of sleep. I am really lthankful for this product for helping me to relax naturally.
