I suffer from being intolerant to histamine, which is everywhere and in everything and even with a clean eating, household etc everyday stress can also trigger histamine immune reactions. I’ve been using Tributryn-X for well over a year. Prior to adding this to my supplement protocol I was much more uncomfortable, sometimes multiple times a day. Now, I may get a flareup of discomfort but it’s likely more because I didn’t eat and add the Tributryn-X. Although tis is not the only supplement I added for my condition, I know it is the most important one for my leaky gut.

not entirely sure about this. It seemed like it may have helped some with bloating issues. My biggest issue with this is the amount you have to take. I don't want to be taking 8 of anything in a day. It's just too many capsules. (Six would also be too many.)

Deciding to try this product came from my daughter already taking HoloZyme. My probiotics were not doing it for me, so first I took them with HoloZyme. No change, so I decided to stop the probiotics and take these. It has made a world of difference. I’ve only been on it for 2 months, but my BMs are regular. My hair has been looking healthier as well. My whole regime consists of Parabiotics, HoloZyme, and Tributyrin-X, no regrets giving it a try. Also I have Thyroiditis, and on the sensitive side, so definitely work your way up to the dosage if you’re in the same boat.
