There are approximately 64 pumps before you need to reorder. This product is a win for better sleep in general, and to accompany HRT as needed for midlife changes! I also suggest a gluten free diet as glutamate is an excitatory neurotransmitter. This is an excellent product to add to your best sleep toolbox!
