Having deficiency of magnesium this has helped me tremendously. It also goes to the brain and helps!

So far so good. I just started taking these newer capsules so I'll give it some more time. I have noticed though, that these new capsules (updated formula) appears to not be as full as I remember the older version and the cap size looks a bit bigger 🤔.

I've been requiring high dose pancreatic enzymes in order to eat any and all food for decades. So when I say I've tried tons of other enzymes on the market, I'm not exaggerating. I can honestly say the difference is noticeable right away with HoloZymes, especially once you find your individualized dose that is right for you. It might take a little longer to reap the full benefits, but you may start to notice at least subtle changes within a day or 2 or even at your first meal. However, I have to be honest, if you're not ALSO taking them before bed, they may not work for you at all. I don't really understand why the bed time dose makes such a difference in being effective for gut symptoms, but it does. Or at least, for me it does. Healthy Gut HoloZymes truly are special. They can help break down food into nutrients and can help make it more digestible, which helps reduce gastrointestinal symptoms for a lot of people. They also help somewhat improve gi motility, once you individualize your dosing, and helps to move food through the gi tract, which can make a tremendous difference for some people. The only suggestion I have is that if it's possible to add high dose pancreatin and more lipase to the holozymes, they could be even better. But, the people at Healthy Gut co. are very responsive, caring, helpful, kind, respectful, and truly are available, ready, and willing to be of good service to customers. If you have any chronic, frequent, or occasional gastrointestinal symptoms, stomach aches, digestive issues, nutrient deficiencies, or really any health conditions, and certainly if you have pancreatic insufficiency, I highly recommend giving HoloZymes a true try. All disease/health issues really do begin in the gut and most of the time, most healing of most conditions also begins in the gut. Don't just try HoloZymes once or twice and give up. I suggest sticking with it for a while before deciding this product does not work for you and for best results, follow Holozymes dosing protocol OR at least use trial and error to find exactly how many enzymes your own gut needs for which types of foods. I personally know HoloZymes are special, because if I don't take them, it's a night and day difference for me. But be sure to use them within 6 months, (at most), of opening that bottle or they lose effectiveness. HoloZymes may or may not be a cure all or part of your personal solution, but if they help at least one person with "severe hopeless/progressive" chronic gi issues to be able to eat at least something, I would say HoloZymes are obviously pretty special enzymes. People may think HoloZymes are a luxury, but for some people, HoloZymes may help keep a person alive if that person literally can't eat without HoloZymes, and since you can only survive without food for so many days, then for those people, HoloZymes can literally be life saving. This product and pendulum Akkermansia ( probiotic) have gotten me off steroids. I’m on the SCD diet but have been breaking it often without having any problems.

I am convinced taking holoimmune daily has helped me to stay illness free during these “indoor and holiday months”. Love it!

The original formula before this recent change has been a life saver for me. The newer formula has caused me some pretty bad reactions and thus I no longer use these. Unless Steven and Team produce a "sensitive" formula based on the original, I will no longer remain a customer. Don't let this review prevent you (the reader) from trying this product. It has been as it by far the best on the market.

I’ve been using digestive enzymes for awhile now but would still suffer from bloating and gas after eating harder to digest foods. But I just started pairing the enzymes with HCL guard and it’s been a game changer! I can now eat all of the harder to digest foods (beans, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.) without any issues!

I noticed a real improvement in my skin when I took this before drinking coffee in particular.

I experience little burps just from drinking water or tea in the morning, before eating any food. HCL Guard helps me to burp less often and feels like it is supporting my gut in the best way.

I think this bundle is worth investing in, it has some of the major supplements needed to heal. I however feel that HCL Guard is missing here. HCL Guard is apart of “Setting the Table” and it is too valuable to leave out of this bundle. I still recommend it but hope Healthy Gut decides to add the HCL one day.
