I think this bundle is worth investing in, it has some of the major supplements needed to heal. I however feel that HCL Guard is missing here. HCL Guard is apart of “Setting the Table” and it is too valuable to leave out of this bundle. I still recommend it but hope Healthy Gut decides to add the HCL one day.

I’ve tried quite a few magnesium products, and I like this one best. I love that it is a capsule and is easier to swallow. I ran out for a few days and I definitely noticed I didn’t sleep as well and my nervous system was more on edge. I’m still only taking one capsule because it seems to be working.
