If I’m having digestive issues I take these with every meal for a while. Any time I eat in a restaurant I take some before I eat and then I don’t have to worry about possible amounts of gluten dairy or something I might be sensitive to. Such helpful product!

I started to have some issues a couple months ago - frequency and loose stools. I read about Tributyrin-X and thought I'd give it a try. I have also used Holozyme to help with breaking foods down. The Tributyrin-X has helped tremendously with slowing down the frequency and making stools more formed. It seems that since i had my gallbladder removed, it's been a struggle. I wish I had known about these products years ago, it likely would have saved me some frustration with my gut issues.
