Best enzymes I ever tried. I take them with every meal. No more running to the bathroom. Wasted a lot of money on other enzymes that did not help my digestion

I have tried several digestive enzymes in the past but the holozyme really seem to be helping with my digestion. I also realized I might not have have been taking enough at one time. So have added 4 to 6 per meal and seems to make a difference.

Holozyme has reduced my food reactions and has improved my digestion.

I love Holozyme. It helps my body break down fats; no tummy aches. I feel good. Wish it wasn't so expensive, but I do love it.

I am 64 years old and had C-Diff 3 years ago. If you know anything about it, you know it's a horrible experience with diarrhea. The pills are good, I use them when I feel cranky with my family. However, when I couple it with the lotion rubbed at the temples, I can feel my crankiness melt away almost instantly. So 4 stars since I need the lotion too! The pills worked, but seemed to work slower. All is good though. That’s mostly what I’ve noticed from BeSerene! An ability to stop my crankiness very quickly!!
