I use BeSerene cream for myself and my son. We both have been experimenting with different GABA products and dosing. For him, I find that he definitely sleeps better when we apply BeSerene cream before bed on his inner forearms. I still need to try it for daytime calming. For me, I find that applying it on the back of my neck and shoulders before bed helps relieve the tension and muscle release I experience before falling asleep. I also apply it on my forearms.
