I have used Tributyrin X in the past but and it helped somewhat but didn't fully help relieve my symptoms. After a particularly bad flare up of inflammation and diarrhea last week I was desperate to try something and found the bottle in my cupboard. This time I increased the dose over a few days and I am up to 6 capsules a day (2x3 times per day). My symptoms are much better but not completely gone. I read that some people need up to 9 capsules a day and so I will continue to increase the dose in the hope I can resolve my issues. I am feeling positive that this might be the step that I neglected the last time I used the product.
