i really struggle with histamines! I have been taking histaharmony for a while now. Not consistently, just before any food that i know is high in histamine. I really feel like it works. I have now been taking these enzymes for a month. I have noticed improvement in my constipation. I noticed also that I was having trouble digesting meats. I think it is also helping with that, especially at dinner time. I try not to eat dinner within 3 hours of going to bed like recommended, however, even then I was having poor sleep if I ate meat at dinner. Before taking these enzymes, I was “burping” the meat up still at bedtime.

I started using Tributyrin-X regularly, as part of the Healthy Gut Reset program, in June of 2025. I had already been using most of the other supplements in the program, some for several years. I was trying to eradicate many years of chronic diarrhea, 6 or 7 days a week, with many embarrassing episodes in public places (grocery stores, WalMart, etc.). I gradually increased to 6 capsules daily, as the program recommended. Imagine my surprise when IT WORKED. It's now Halloween of the same year, and I'm down to 3 capsules a day, and I have had NO RECURRENCE of the diarrhea that plagued me for so long. I didn't change the other supplements I had been taking; the only lasting change was the Tributyrin-X. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Steven and all of Healthy Gut, for healing my life! I will never be without this wonder stuff again.
