HoloImmune has really helped me. I had many many food intolerances which prevented me from eating a balanced diet. The new BeSerene IR Cream is amazing! Many nights my brain seems to run in circles. I bought this cream on a whim and it really works. The directions say to rub on wrists or temples but one squirt is enough to do both. I can’t really say how long it takes before working because I fall asleep pretty quickly.
