I have had serious digestive issues since February 2022 starting with food poisoning leading to leaky gut. I have tried many different supplements and declined more invasive doctor subscribed pharmaceuticals. This year I found and started the BYRG course and some of their recommended supplements. As part of this I added recently the HCl Guard and a higher dose of the spore probiotics. It has helped. I can not say, which of the changes caused the improvements or if it is a time result. I use both. I do use other Healthy Gut products as well as Microbiome Labs products.

So far have taken it before bed for 4-5 nights. I have no trouble falling asleep, but have had difficulty staying asleep for 2 decades. The 1st few nights I slept extremely well. Last night I did not, but I also had magnesium citrate powder about an hour before bed (constipation issues). I'm wondering if I should avoid the 2 together. It's only been less than a week, so too soon to tell, but those 1st few nights were amazing!!

This is a great product and does what it is supposed to do. I have an EXTREME sensitivity to Vitamin C, and at certain times when my allergies are already at peak, I can't get near my favorite home-grown tomatoes in my own garden, as well as other foods with higher amounts of Vitamin C. I had the worst outbreak of hives that I have ever had this year that sent me to the Emergency Clinic and on two rounds of Prednisone.
