Taken in evening after dinner 2 hours before bedtime gives it time to process overnight. Less gas at night, less repeating burping in the morning, calmer digestive flow the following day…highly recommend for digestive health.

This is the first probiotic that has worked the way this does. It took awhile for my gut to adjust to even a half capsule. I gradually increased to a whole to keep the gas down . Once I got to a whole one I was having regular BM’s every day most days 2-3 x. However I have seasonal up’s and down’s that I have to adjust for. I also take the digestive enzymes and the DAO. Thanks for these products.

Still evaluating but my 10yo who has had chronic congestion/allergies for years has taken 1/2 cap of this based on the recommendation of his naturopath. One month later and his chronic congestion/allergic reactions are much better. He no longer takes regular allergy meds. I am so encouraged to see his immune system balance.

Magnesium-HP™
Hi...like all of us, I have used all kinds of magnesium products--for me it was especially for leg cramps. I had another brand of Magnesium Glycinate and it was working well, then I tried a new product which turned out to be magnesium orotate? And that was terrible so I wanted to get glycinate again, and then, I got the Healthy Gut email and jumped on this product!! I LOVE that it is super clean, strong and has easy bioavailability. I am very happy with all of this company's products I have tried and I won't go back to other mag products!!!

Magnesium HP is one that I take every day.

Magnesium-HP™
All the Healthy Gut products are terrific, and Magnesium HP is one that I can't be without. I can't seem to keep magnesium in my body, so I take 2 or 3 forms every day. HP is one of my favorites. I take it with dinner, so that it helps me sleep at night. It's the highest quality, as are all their products, and I know it's working for me. Thanks, Healthy Gut!

I was not sure how this program will help since I already tried so many things. But it was pleasantly surprising to see the benefits.
