Ever since I had my daughter years ago, I've struggled with constipation. Any small change in diet or supplementation (including things that are supposed to help constipation) can make it worse. I've been taking 2 capsules of Holozyme with every meal for about 4 months now. I also pair it with Healthy Gut's magnesium glycinate (1 2x/day), along with another brand's magnesium citrate (1 1x/day), and finally have consistent relief!
