I haven’t tried the Tributyrin yet cause my doctor is treating me for slow transit, and I read it could slow down my transit even more???

If you start Tributyrin-X slowly, you will do just fine. You can begin by taking 1 capsule every 3 days for now. Tributyrin-X helps regulate fast or slow motility, but it takes a low and slow approach to work for sluggish motility. Don't hesitate to email support@healthygut.com for more help :)

Honestly, I have not noticed a difference in being able to get to sleep or get bck to sleep, even with multiple applications. Leaving it out for a few nights also showed no difference.
