Vertrage die Enzyme gut. Jedoch spüre ich in der Verdauung keinen Unterschied, obschon ich diese nun schon einige Monate einnehme.

I have been using these for a while. They seem to help minimize my bloating after eating. I take two before each meal.

HistaHarmony™
HistaHarmony is completely transformative. It improves sleep; specifically for me that means sleeping through the entire night! Also significantly less flushing, runny nose and no brain fog with meals. HistaHarmony is definitely a very worthwhile investment!

HoloZyme™
I’m a long time customer of healthy gut… proudly so. This company feels like they are actually trying to help me get better! I’m so grateful for all Steven, Shay and the incredible HG team offer, I feel their sincerity and their heart in these products. I’m a complex case but these help me so much. I’m about to do the 90 day Healthy Gut Reset and just grateful it exists… been on my own in this gut healing journey for SO long. Try these!!!! They work!.

I have had zero bloating since taking HoloImmune. It’s a little pricey, but seems to be worth it. Customer support is awesome, too!

HoloZyme™
This product is incredible!!! I have suffered from chronic bloating for over a decade, and no supplement, diet, or cleanse has helped. THIS, however, cleared it up within a month! I feel SO much better and am so grateful for everything about this product. (except the price, maybe ;) I hope this supplement finds those who need it, like I did! :)

HistaHarmony™
I was directed by one of their wonderful practitioners to use these when I feel a migraine coming on (I’ve struggled for years with chronic migraines) and it actually works!!! There has only been 1 time it hasn’t worked but 9/10 it always does and I am just so thrilled. I will absolutely be purchasing these again to not only use daily to help with aiding my digestion but also to have as a tool for my awful migraines! Thank you Healthy Gut!!!!

BeSerene™ Instant Relief
The first night that I rubbed Be Serene on in the middle of the night, I had nightmares. The other few nights that I tried it to help me get back to sleep after frequent nighttime awakenings, it didn't seem to do anything. I don't think that it is going to help me.
