I take BeSerene at night with the magnesium. The combination does seem to help me with sleep, so I'd say it's beneficial, if pricey, but perhaps not miraculous (& I'm not a fan of all the add-ons they try to convince me to get whenever I place an order - always feels kind of low rent & tacky).
