I take 2 with every meal for more than a year now. I still follow a 98% strict diet of no gluten or dairy. These pills are with me always. I’ve been taking digestive enzymes since I had my gall bladder removed in the early 2000s. I’ve utilized several different brands, but I have never used one that works as well as Holozyme.
