I have very very low magnesium levels… but I also have been having extreme diarrhea so have been unable to take magnesium supplements. Anyways I saw your info and decided to try it… I have been taking it 3 times a day - it has not been affecting my issue.. in fact I think it has been helping the issue and other issues too. I ordered it for my wife who has complained of bloating for quite some tme. While it did give her some relief initially, over the past couple of weeks she has returned to have some bloating, so it not been helping her as much. She has had problems for years taking anything because it seemed everything upset her stomach, so I was very hopeful when this did not and it did give her some relief. Her "pregnant" looking stomach did not really reduce in size, maybe becoming a little flabbier than it was previously. She said she will continue taking it until it runs out, but does not intend to continue with it after that unless it starts to give her some relief again.

The instructions suggest taking 2 tablets with each meal, and an additional two tablets each day. That's 8 tablets a day! So purchasing a 30 tablet bottle provides perhaps a 4 day supply!
