Best sleep I've had in a long time. And my sleep tracker proves it. I consistently have more deep sleep when I take this supplement.

I started this at night before bed regularly and been sleeping much better. I have histamine intolerance. Also use when eating an occasional not so good meal with more histamines than usual.

HoloZyme™
HoloZyme digestive enzymes really do what they promise. My bloating and discomfort after eating certain foods is significantly less. I can hardly believe it because I have tried quite a number of different products out there but these certainly do the job. I will definitely keep using them!

HoloZyme™
I am addressing some gut dysbiosis resulting from many many years of restrictive dieting and things would be much harder if I didn’t have these enzymes to get me through the tough spots of this healing process! Can’t recommend them enough! I will always have a bottle in my house!

Making progress

HCL Guard™
After 6 or so weeks of HCL I am making progress in a positive fashion. At first I did not realize that HCL assists with digesting protein. What I learned is that I don't eat much protein. I am not a vegetarian but I dont eat much meat and beans have been restricted for the time being. It sorting out.

I have a great deal of trouble with feeling full and food sitting high in my abdomen. Since i began taking this HCL its much better. If I forget to take it with one meal that contains protein I feel the difference immediately. I am grateful to have this product.

I’ve only been on the protocol and dietary program for two weeks, but already am experiencing positive results.
I have lost weight, the rather persistent diarrhea has abated and I am feeling lighter and more boyant. I plan to carry on with the program for the prescribed three months and anticipate feeling better than I have in years!
