I found the information presented to be thorough. The main part is very scientific but I found that to be helpful in understanding what is happening in my body, why it is happening, and how to help fix it. If you don’t want all of that, there is also a component that isn’t scientific and gets to the point quickly. I appreciate all the time that Steven put into making this protocol. I have been using it for a couple of months already. I have noticed a difference but it's not everyday. Some days it works great and others it doesn't. I pretty much eat the same blanaced meals and water intake is the same, still it's not a super consistent supplement otherwise I would had given it 5 stars.

I think it is helping. I have been working with it for 7 months. The early months were gradually working up to a dose of 3/meal, i e 9 per day.
