Magnesium-HP™
I started taking magnesium twice a day to help get things moving in my digestive tract and taking Magnesium HP from HealthyGut has been a life changer. Not only does it help get rid of constipation but it also helps me get a great nights sleep. I highly recommend this product.

I love the purity of MagHP! Great product. I can take fewer capsules of this brand than others because of the high potency.

I feel this has helped me, however it is still a bit too soon to tell.

My bloating improved a little with Holozyme. Then I added Holoimmune, and it completely disappeared. I am amazed! Thank you for this product!

Not sure that I’ve noticed any significant changes but I think it helps to some degree. Maybe less “heavy” feeling after grains/protein.

HCL Guard™ - 6 Bottles
I have been taking HCL as part of the Healthy Gut class and I feel it is important to help me digest my food. However, when I did the challenge, I never did feel the burn, even taking 10 capsules/meal (probably too many -- I went down to 5). I still have bloating even after scrupulously following the Healthy Gut protocol for 80 days, diet and supplements. I haven't been following the lifestyle factors as diligently. Perhaps that is the missing piece I still need to work on. In the meantime, I don't dare stop any of the supplements until I have tried for another month.

Holozymes are working better than my prev enzymes.
Food appears to be fully digested now. I do use two more products. One for the liver. Another with ACV with magnesium and other supportive ingredients. Can’t use HCL lately and ACV seem to be working. This is new. But I am happy with Holozymes.
