My husband rubs my feet with this cream before bed. I’m actually able to fall asleep peacefully instead of jerking myself awake every 37 seconds.
The first time I took the pills, my stomach hurt. But I took them late and with no food🤷♀️. Next time I took it 2 hours before bed and only took one. It worked wonders. Between the 2, I don’t wake up 3-5 times a night. I’m down to none and maybe 1. I’m also working on healing my gut at the same time. I got the HCL and Immunozyme as well. Seems like all together it’s a pretty good power house.

I've been under heaps of stress in the last few months, and was at my wits' end. Finally, I remembered I had this product and had never tried it. I took three doses the first day, as directed. I think that's when I started to sleep a little better, and wake up not so frazzled. Since then I really have been sleeping better.
