HistaHarmony is the most effective DAO (diamine oxidase) enzyme supplement available. It really works! These tiny tablets are also very easy to swallow. It is also a good value since it costs less than several other brands of DAO. I take HistaHarmony when I eat foods high in histamine such as canned fish (sardines, mackerel, or salmon), eggs, etc. It prevents me from getting a runny nose and other symptoms of histamine overload. I recommend this product. Many people with leaky gut syndrome are more sensitive to high histamine containing foods. Healthy Gut products are very high quality with pure ingredients.
