I've tried sooooo many digetstive enzymes, none of them ever gave me relief from the post meal bloat like Holozyme, I honestly took a long time to order, because I was sick of all the promises that never delivered. This one though.. yea, it worked me and continues to work for me, thank you so much for a truly great product!

Unlike pharmaceutical drugs that claim to treat the painful condition of acid coming up, or special slant pillows, which also don't work, HCl Guard actually takes the counterintuitive approach of supplying missing stomach acid. I am still working on the program, but so far it has helped me a lot. I believe the history of harmony made an almost immediate improvement.. I am still adjusting the other supplements and hoping that the reset will give me long-term relief. I have learned some new strategies and tools as well as new supplements to try and hope that if my gut improves but somehow breaks down again I can always revert to this. The videos of materials were very helpful and the Facebook group proved to be insightful as the coaches are very responsive, and you can learn from others and their experiences. After my appendectomy a year ago, I had a very hard time digesting my food. I started on probiotics and also took enzymes. They were helping, but I could not get rid of the fullness and the huge bloat after eating even a small meal, and continue to have problems with constipation.. I never realized that my acid in my stomach might not be strong enough to digest my food enough for the rest of my digestion to work properly. I purchased the Healthy Gut Reset program to try to resolve years of ongoing gut issues. I am impressed with how the information for a complex subject was clearly laid out, explained so I could understand but not "dumbed down" or over simplified either. I appreciated being shown 5 layers of healing that is necessary and what might help this process.
My only concern has been figuring out a way to afford the entire 3 month supplement package at this time. However, I do not question the high quality and efficacy of the protocol or necessary supplements. It just may take me longer than I would like to dive in fully at this time. I have every reason believe that when I do and can I will see the progress I've been hoping for.

Although I liked this product, it's pretty expensive for the amount that they give you, so that's why I can't give it five stars.

I just finished my first bottle of Holozyme. It seems to make digestion smoother & easier. I'm still working on fixing some stubborn gut issues, so I will continue using it.
