My energy is a bit better and I didn’t sneeze after eating some chocolate. I really haven’t noticed that much difference and I am taking 4 per day.

Good enzyme, but I am having to add HCl and DAO in order to cover all my enzymatic needs. I’m still not sure if its the best product for me. I started with Tributyrin, which really seemed to help solidify and lessen my (too many loose) bowel movements. Now that I’ve added the Holozyme, I’m feeling more gassy (than with my previous enzymes) and histaminey… so I can’t say its actually helping…still not sure. Taking it at night as well, and haven’t noticed any changes there either (with systemic inflammation…still having to pee 2-3 times a night and have joint pain)
Not sure if more is better. I’ve tried doing more and doing less…. Just not sure yet. Thanks.

Doesn’t seem to be the magnesium I expected. It does help with leg cramps but not work to soften stools. Probably wrong for that
However the tributerin and Holozyme are excellent for digestive issues.

I’m on 5 caps each meal now and have not noticed a difference yet.

I have restarted with one capsule with each meal three times a day.. I have not noticed any changes in my bloating. I have been on this for 11 days. I will add one capsule before bed and give it more time. If no improvement I will take two with each meal.

in regards to this product so far I haven't seen much of an improvement with my gut health. I am still trying a different approach with it. I working towards natural healing. I am having faith in this product because, I know is a good product it has good benefits and things take time. However, I have dealt with this for a very long time and its been frustrating for me not to see results that quickly I only been on my 3rd week the first week I took it 3xs per day although, I ended up constipated so I had to stop for a couple of days and I did then now I been on it for 2 weeks one pill and been constipated on and off with also diarrhea so its been a struggle. As stated I have faith in it that it will give me the goals that I am looking for. I would like to eat what I want without regard. its been challenging I been dealing with IBS for almost 3 years since covid hit so im praying this will help me. I guess this is only the beginning for me is what you call a trial and error. I just need something that will be more effective and that will assist me with my pains and discomforts so I hope this product will be the one.

Nothing happening.

Everytime I take it, even every other day I get extremely painful bloated from it.

Since taking this product I have had a lot of trouble with constipation, which is unusual for me. I’m trying to resolve that problem now, so I’m not sure what I think. I am currently not taking it.

I’m taking it as recommended: slowly increasing dosage. So far I’m taking 4 a day with a slight improvement. I’m hopeful for further improvement though not sure if it will work for colitis.

I don’t think I have taken it long enough to give a complete evaluation. I think it is helping but I am still having some bowel issues.

Helps get things moving. However, the kelp taste makes me feel like throwing up; my body is not fond of it at all. If only there was no kelp, I could switch to it fully.

I don’t feel I’ve taken enough to really see or feel the results. I take every other day or 3rd day depending what my body tells me.

I haven't been taking these digestive enzymes for that long (less than a month) - but my BMs are MUCH less explosive. (Sorry to be so gross).
-I am almost 70 & know our digestive systems seems to slow down with age - so I am looking for a high-quality digestive enzyme - & Holozyme may be the one!
