Even though I ramped up slowly (took half a capsule every other day, which is really gross in water by the way), when I eventually got to the recommended dosage, I began noticing more mucus in my stools. After about a month, the mucus got worse and so did the irritated feeling in my guts after a bowel movement (this stopped after I quit taking holoimmune, so I'm almost positive holoimmune was the cause). Also, I did not experience any improvement with acne or eczema. So, this product didn't work for me. Though the science and idea behind it seem great. I hope it works for other people.

Everyone responds differently, and I'm sure some people benefit from this, but it caused a significant histamine reaction for me after just one capsule. Probably won't risk take anymore...

I followed the instructions forwarded to my email, however it did not perform as advertised. I continued to have GI issues. I stopped taking it after a week as it seemed to be doing more harm than good. Sorry - it did not work for me.

As someone who has autoimmune disease, I haven’t noticed any positive difference since switching to HoloImmune (this beta glucan). No noticeable difference in gut or skin. I have gotten sick more often, despite intentionally working to prevent sickness. I will not continue to take it.

Unfortunately this product doesn’t work for me. Sleep was more fragmented than ever and it also caused constipation. Have to go back to my usual magnesium citrate.

I’m not sure if I did things right. My first one at the end of it I was at 6 a day I didn’t do the night ones and now on my second try I’m really constipare so not sure if I supposed to go up on doses or no. I’m still doing 3 after every meal.

I really wish this product would have worked for me. It caused a histamine reaction and I started by sprinkling a small bit on my dinner. I tried again the next day just in case I was reacting to something else but this time it was worse with sharp stomach pains. :(
