Died after 2 1/2 years
OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
Died 6 months after the support window closed 2 1/2 years of intermittent use isn't great for something costing 3 figures! Worked well when used.

I brought this this year had a fault with humidity sensor. it was exchanged with same model.this one behaves very different the sensor still showing higher than room humidity? they say that's because the sensor is in side machine. overall it works well on higher speed. would have to use low speed in bedroom as bit noisy if light sleeper

I ordered it online through the probreeze website and it was delivered through Amazon. As I don't have an Amazon account, I didn't have access to the delivery date or time. I ordered on a Friday and received it on the Sunday and I was at home. Lucky me. It does what the website promises. My bedroom feels much more dry and the 4l tank is perfect for one day. Very happy about the product.

Great Dehumidifier
OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
Seems to work really well I also have the 20L Pro Breeze this is a smaller unit and fits unobtrusively in any room. It does have quite a small tank as opposed to its big brother.

Glad I bought this dehumidifier. Always had the aero 360 but thought I'd go for an electric one and this doesn't disappoint. Couldn't believe the amount of water it collected daily. Have to empty the tank everyday. Not too loud also. The only negative would be I'd have preferred a proper handle to lift it as it's quite heavy and awkward to carry from room to room. I've recommended to others

Excellent good that you can leave it on and the dehumidifier switches off when not needed It is also a lot quieter than my previous one a different brand

I have only had my 12l Probreeze dehumidifier for a month and I am very happy with it.
Functions are good and it quiet to run, I haven't needed to use it when drying clothes yet, but hopefully it will work well.
I would have prefered it if it was a little lighter as it is quite heavy and bulky to carry up and down the stairs; I have a one bedoom house. I chose this one because of the good reviews and website information.
This is my second dehumidfier and I wouldn't be without one. My last one was a Meaco and it only lasted 4 years. I tried to get the Meaco fixed at a Repair Cafe and they said it was like new inside except the motor didn't work properly. I am hoping this Probreeze lasts longer. My daughter has had her Probreeze for years.

Excellent dehumidifier for our small, very damp flat. Easy to use, quiet and efficient. The water tank is nearly full every night after putting it on from 6pm until 8am. We're pleased with our purchase.

This is the second one I've had from you and I've no complaints. It dries our washing really well in the winter and is so cheap to run. This one I bought for my son who has a very damp bedroom with lots of mould, the amount of water this sucks up is amazing and worrying. Many of my friends are geting them now.

Air filter removal
OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
If you're wondering how to access the air filter remove the water tank and pull downwards the tab that's now revealed below the filter. A bit fiddly but it will just slide down. This is not explained in the instructions. The machine works well and runs quietly and effectively.

Had a lot of trouble with damp and my window running with water on the inside. After using the dehumidifier my windows are mostly completely dry. I ordered another.

The only reason for a 3 star review is the controls, they are not touch sensitive and you have to hold down for a long count or push hard on the controls for them to work. otherwise what a great little bit of equipment!! can't believe how much moisture it collects. Great little purchase

Effective but not as quiet as advertised

Like I earlier saw someone say, it’s a bit like a loud fridge. The fan itself is very quiet but the compressor is the loud part. Which is not much of a problem for me as it stays in my bathroom behind a closed door. But not suitable for someone who might want it in their living room. Having said that, it does the job beautifully and the tank fills up quickly.
