Excellent little machine. Working well in our old 1872 cottage. Acceptable noise level when in night mode. Would have preferred the data labels to be on the back not the side just spoils the look.

Really good piece of equipment. Helps dry clothes in half the time. Very pleased with purchase. Remember to empty water tank - we were surprised by how much water it collected.

Small but almighty essential device for busy homes. Not only does what it says on the package but does it effortlessly. Easy to operate and reliable. I had no idea how much condensation was in my home until I emptied the tank. Having had a chance to visually witness the works of this ProBreeze dehumidifier and how quick my laundry dried, makes me happy each time. Best purchase EVER! Highly recommended.

Useful and effective in garden cabin
OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
Bought the dehumidifier for a garden cabin. It does have some insulation but windows were streaming with condensation as soon as I put my heater on. I use the cabin as a craft room and have sewing machines and fabric stored and didn't want to risk mould and damp damage. The dehumidifier works very well the humidity is much lower now and chose this one as it is automatic and it stops when full. Can't believe how quickly the tank fills especially during the really cold weather we have had lately. Electricity consumption not bad either.

Remove's plenty of water great for helping dry the washing faster too. Excellent little machine and not too bulky either. Would recommend.

I wanted this dehumidifier for the express reason of drying clothes in my utility room on winter days and while the product description on Amazon specifically states "laundry drying" as a headline once opened neither the product or instruction booklet mentions a laundry drying facility. On querying this with the seller they said it could be used by just putting the dehumidifier near to the clothes airer. I then looked at other products in this range which have a laundry mode described as the most economic option so have returned this item to buy something suited for the task in question. If you want a specific laundry drying dehumidifier I wouldn't recommend you buy this model.

It’s not a good product. Trying to return within 14 day period and emails are being ignored. Will have to claim back via my bank. Terrible company to deal with.

poor experience ordering Pro Breeze

Based on the website description I ordered Omnidry 12l on 26.12.2025 as it had a laundry mode . The humidifier I received was Model PB-18,which did not have laundry mode .When I contacted customer services I was informed that the Omnidry12l corresponded to model delivered PB-18. I then sent a screenshot of the website description and received an apology regarding the misinformation on the website regarding the laundry mode .i was offered free collection and a refund .As requested I I confirmed full address, phone number and preferred collection dates .That was 4 days ago ,but I have had no further response from customer services.
Unfortunately to date I can’t say anything positive about my experience of ordering a Pro Breeze product .

Doing the winter washing drying as good as my old one did
Early days to sing its praises but seems to be ok.
I had my old one for about 20 years of use in the 40 years I had
the use of it.

Really pleased with this Dehumidifier it does a brilliant and noticeable job of removing the moisture within the house. Not only is it noticeable by there being no water on the bottoms of the windows there's non of the small strips of mould that accumulate at the bottoms of the walls next to the frames. It's by no way a noisy machine when it's running and it's got all the functions you could possibly need. Bought this from Pro Breeze after purchasing a Ceramic Heater from the company which I have also been well impressed with too. Would definitely recommend this product.

This is a great product. I mainly want it to help dry laundry inside. Worked really well in drying a full load in a much shorter time. Good size for storing. Easy to use. Fan on high is not an intrusive noise. Really good purchase

I was disappointed that even after having a replacement it was a lot more noisy than one I had been using before. It has a constant buzzing sounds like it us from the compressor

Well it's sucking the water from somewhere. I assume it's from the air.
