Worked okay for bout it week now everytime you switch it on sounds like a tractor it's that loud you can't use it also noticed that in bottom of tray where you can't clean it was going mouldy so not the best would not recommend

Do not buy for WiFi!
OmniWarm 2500W Oil Filled 11 Fins Eco Radiator Heater With Digital Display and Smart App Control - White
First radiator didn't even have smart capability installed so they sent out a replacement after nearly a year of battling with it. No compatibility with home assistant and don't even get me started with integration with Alexa or Google. 100% NOT suitable for a disabled person. You have to manually turn the WiFi on (if you're luck enough to have it installed even though you paid for it) and then turn WiFi on again ont he radiator every time there is a loss of power - you can't just turn it on it stays on. If you unplug it you have to go to the radiator and re-enable it. This is by design (lazy firmware coding) as a âsafety featureâ. How is this smart? Dumbest smart feature ever!! Also when you turn it to standby in the app and then turn it on again its default temp is arbitrarily set to 23°C rather than 18°C which is what I have it set to. Again this is a safety feature aka lazy app / firmware coding. Much better products on the market - strongly recommend Dreo. Avoid avoid avoid!! Lesson learned!

I bought this device on a friend's recommendation as we get a lot of condensation. So far it's been good. We have it in the room where we are drying our clothes and it really helps. No more condensation and the clothes dry quicker. I haven't run it overnight as it does tend to hum a bit

Thermostat is out by 4-5 degrees the radiator was set to 15 degrees on eco, I placed 2 other digital thermostats that both read around 18 degrees but the radiator was heating the room up on full power because that read the temperature as 13 degrees. Contacted customer service, got email from the Bot next day, I replied sending video of issue and 3 emails later still no reply

Upon receiving one of the legs of the plug was bended and I can literally see the crack there. This is clearly a fire hazard! I was waiting for this to arrive so I can use it as soon as possible. However only to return it immediately what a disappointment. I would want to exchange another one (which is not an ideal!) just to give benefit of the doubt but there isn't any option to do so either. I am very angry!

This is the second one I’ve purchased. The sage colour is lovely , they are small and can discreetly be popped into a corner . These have worked for the damp issues we’ve had but be realistic and if your issues are major then opt for there bigger dehumidifiers

One big issue for me is the smart functionality specifically a key feature that the app doesn't have which is you cannot set a temperature automatically when it turns on when using the auto timer function it always defaults to 23c leaving you to have to remember to turn it down/up every time it switches on. I find it totally crazy they wouldn't build in such a simple feature.

We picked up a couple of these for the office as we don't have central heating which is always fun when winter turns up. They're not quite as big as I'd hoped (that one's on me for not checking the dimensions properly) but they're easy to assemble and get going. Heat-wise they put out enough warmth to take the chill off during the recent cold spell which was the main aim. The app was straightforward to set up and the scheduling features are genuinely useful especially for an office environment. They're not cheap at full price but after a successful dry run we'll be picking up a few more for other rooms around the building. Solid bit of kit just make sure the size suits the space you're heating.
